I love working with children, adolescents, and adults in Fort Worth. Early sessions focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in acceptance, trust, and genuine connection. It is my goal as a therapist to create a sacred container of safety and belonging so we can build self-esteem and move toward personal growth and self-actualization. I look at the role of the therapist as a fellow traveler and I walk with my clients to help them uncover the strengths, tools, and gifts they have within them to live their best lives.

I use research-based interventions to best meet the needs of my clients. With 25 years of experience in education, I bring a deep understanding of child and adolescent development. I have also spent more than two decades exploring somatic approaches and regularly incorporate body awareness and breathwork to support meaningful growth and healing

Whether you are looking to do the work for yourself, your relationship, your family, or your child, I would be honored to walk along side you and assist in building the capacity to live more fully in the present moment. Although the road is long and winding, it always leads here. (Lennon/McCartney) My hope is you find the courage to open the door to healing.
